Royal Navy man injured at work
Harry was successful in pursuing an armed forces injury claim whilst serving in the Royal Navy, he was working on a submarine, holding a hose as it was covering part of a hatch. The end of the hose burst off causing it to snake and knock him to the floor, he suffered muscular and ligament injuries to his left knee.
This meant that he was unable to go to sea and carry out his normal duties but more importantly he was unable to play with his children for some period of time.
